Christmas Tree Expedition 2007

Astoria Storm

I thought this was a cool picture another blogger took of a storm that hit Astoria. Ken's been working for a tree trimming company and they sent all of the guys up to Astoria to help with the clean up. They've been working 24 hour shifts. When I talked to him this morning he said it really is a disaster zone up there. They've called in a lot of help but none of the motels they're putting people up in have electricity or hot water. I hope he's not gone for too long but it sounds like it could be awhile before they have everything put back together up there.
